Accommodation offer and Fee
Participants are free to book their accommodation through the internet or any agency. However, the LOC has arranged a discounted fare with Fiesta Americana, Puerto Vallarta (conference venue), booked through Pulso-Eventos (reservaciones1@pulsoeventos.com) agency. The LOC encourages the participants to avail these attractive fares as it is inclusive of symposium registration fee.
1) Regular participation OPTION 1
For people lodge in Fiesta Americana with a discount code ‘CONGRESSMAN’ booked through Pulso-Eventos agency (reservaciones1@pulsoeventos.com), the registration fee is included with the room charge. NO EXTRA PAYMENT is needed. Besides this discounted room charge is also valid for three days before and after the meeting (for people planning to extend the stay with family or theirselves. Of course it depends on room availability). Check-in: July 7, Checkout: July 13, Because the meeting starts on July 8th (morning) and finishes July 12 (late afternoon) and the dates-times match with arriving and departing flights. ROOM RATES IN MEXICAN PESOS (ROH–STANDARD ROOM) WITH MEALS AND DRINKS (ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN) AND REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDED:
- ROH room single occupancy MXN $5,700.00 per person, per night (~ MXN 34,200 per person all stay
- ROH room double occupancy MXN $3,400.00 per person, per night (~ MXN 20,400 per person all stay)
- ROH room triple occupancy MXN $2,900.00 per person, per night (~ MXN 17,400 per person all stay)
ROOM RATES IN MEXICAN PESOS (FIESTA CLUB: LUXURY) WITH MEALS AND DRINKS (ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN) AND REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDED:
- FIESTA CLUB room single occupancy MXN $7,600.00 per person, per night
- FIESTA CLUB room double occupancy MXN $4,300.00 per person, per night
- FIESTA CLUB room triple occupancy MXN $3,700.00 per person, per night

This option 1 allows flexibility and adaptability of the invoice concept, i.e. it can be split into different concepts or documents if necessary (fee, accommodation, travel expenses, any concept related with the event.). 2) Regular participation OPTION 2
For people lodging in Fiesta Americana as regular guest (reservation by own in Fiesta Americana Webpage, Booking, hotel searchers and internet), or in other hotel, airbnb, or other place, they need to pay a separate registration fee (early or late) of
- Early fee: 350 USD (On or before 8 May 2024)
- Late Fee: 400 USD (After 8 May 2024)
This fee includes inscription, coffee break, access to conference salon at hotel (only), dinner, welcome cocktail, badge, diploma, proceeding, and local expenses including logistic rents (salon, internet, audio/video, power, technicians, and posters boards).
For people in option 2, no lodge in Fiesta Americana but they want to stay all day in Fiesta Americana for meal and to use the facilities of hotel avoiding the leaving of hotel during breaks, A day pass is offered:
- Day Pass 1.- From 9:00 to 18:00 hrs: USD 75 for adults and USD 40 for children.
- Day Pass 2.- From 9:00 to 23:00 hrs: USD 100 for adults, 55 USD for children
- Day Pass 3.- From 18:00 to 01:00 hrs: USD 55 for adults, 30 USD for children
Includes: Food, Drinks, use of facilities, welcome cocktail and conference dinner by purchase during the event day.
For the person accompanying the participant (such as family) in this option without a day pass purchased on the day of the event: Welcome cocktail payment of 30 USD. Conference dinner payment of 50 USD.
2) Student/Postdoc participation
Students Fee for salon access, welcome cocktail and coffee break only in Fiesta Americana: 220 USD (one exhibition payment for all the conference). Extra cost for the banquet: 50 USD.
3) Online participation fee
Online fee 70 USD
